G. Patrick Lynch

Dr. G. Patrick Lynch is a Senior Fellow at Liberty Fund. Dr. Lynch earned his B.A. in Political Science and Government from Furman University, and both his M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before his time with Liberty Fund, Lynch served as an Assistant Professor at Georgetown University, and has been with Liberty Fund for over twenty years. Dr. Lynch has published research on many topics within the field of political science, a few being government and elections, federalism and individual rights, and the "congressionalization" of local elections. Dr. Lynch has been published in academic journals such as The Social Science Journal, Perspectives on Political Science, and The Journal of Federalism, and he is also a regular contributor to Law & Liberty, where his nonacademic works have been published over thirty times.
