William Glod

William Glod is Senior Program Officer at the Institute for Humane Studies. He received his PhD in philosophy from Tulane University, and his main research interest is whether paternalism (be it the coercive or “nudge” variety) is ever justified or legitimate. Bill has published articles in Southern Journal of Philosophy, Social Theory and Practice, and ETMP among other outlets. He also has a book, Why It’s OK to Make Bad Choices (Routledge 2020).
