Joshua D. Rauh is the Ormond Family Professor of Finance at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution. He formerly served at the White House where he was Principal Chief Economist on the President's Council of Economic Advisers. Rauh studies government pension liabilities, corporate investment, business taxation, and investment management.

What I never hear addressed related to the Kentucky public pension system is enhanced benefits awarded plus those enhancements applied retroactively to every past year of service. And there is the issue of pension spiking. It is rampant among legislators and the use of unused sick leave.
